We’re an ambitious early-stage startup building a next-generation community platform to empower meaningful connections. Our stack is modern and developer-friendly: Supabase (PostgreSQL + realtime), React, TailwindCSS (via NativeWind for cross-platform styling), and GitHub Copilot as your AI pair-programmer.

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own critical architecture decisions, ship impactful features, and help shape our technical culture from the ground up.

💡 What You’ll Do

– Architect, build, and scale our community platform end-to-end, from responsive UI/UX to robust backend systems.

– Collaborate with product and design teams to turn Figma mockups into performant, pixel-perfect React components with TailwindCSS/NativeWind.

– Leverage Supabase (Auth, PostgreSQL, realtime, edge functions) to build secure, scalable backend services.

– Optimize performance (e.g., query tuning, caching, lazy loading) for seamless user experiences.

– Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps.

– Experiment with AI tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development without compromising craftsmanship.

– Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new tools (e.g., Supabase extensions, React Server Components) to future-proof our stack.

🔍 We’re Looking For

– 5+ years of full-stack experience with React and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.).

– Expertise in Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms (Firebase, AWS Amplify).

– Fluency in TailwindCSS and experience with cross-platform styling solutions (e.g., NativeWind for React Native).

– Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred) and comfort designing schemas, optimizing queries, and managing migrations.

– Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity.

– A track record of shipping 0→1 products in fast-paced environments (startup experience is a huge plus).

– A collaborative mindset – you thrive in async teams and communicate clearly via PR reviews, Slack, and Loom.

🌟 Nice-to-Have

– Experience with NativeWind for cross-platform React apps (React Native, Expo).

– Knowledge of TypeScript, React Server Components, or Next.js App Router.

– Contributions to open-source projects or a public GitHub profile showcasing side projects.

– Passion for community-building platforms (forums, social networks, DAOs).
